The US Department of Energy recently took a step forward in its Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs program by encouraging 33 of 79 funding applicants to submit full project proposals. Applications are due in April. Aaron Bergman, a fellow at Resources for the Future, discusses the current and potential uses of hydrogen fuel and how the federal government is supporting hydrogen technology development.
